Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We offer free "Expedited Air Shipping" on all our products throughout India!

Usually, orders are dispatched on the same day if the prepaid order is placed before 1 PM. COD orders will ship only after customer verification and can take 1-2 days to dispatch.

However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

Periodic notifications are sent through WhatsApp and Email regarding your order.

Maximum of 4 attempts will be made by the delivery person to deliver your order.

If a prepaid order is not delivered/ returned back to us, you are requested to reachout to us, as why the delivery wasn't successful.
We will reship the same order again only once free of shipping cost (if the order consists of only 1 unit of product). If there are more than 1 unit of products in the order Customer is required to pay the shipping fees of ₹ 100/unit at the time of delivery.

To ensure that the order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

*Please note that public holidays are not considered as working days for delivery.
 

Return Policy
 

No Returns, Only Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Manufacturing Defects: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong Product Shipped: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
   

Exchange Process

To process an exchange, please follow these steps:

• Unboxing Video: Record a clear unboxing video of the product as soon as you receive it.
• Highlight the Issue: Take clear images or videos highlighting the defect or incorrect product.
• Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Email us at info@hyttle.com with the unboxing video and images/videos of the defect or wrong product within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
   

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging along with all its contents.
• The request for an exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
   

Refunds

• Refunds will only be provided if exchange is not possible or feasible for "Hyttle" or the product ordered is now out of stock.
   
• No Refunds will be provided for any prepaid Order, If at the time of Delivery the Customer refuses to accept the parcel, Is not available to receive the order or Someone on it's behalf, Share's the wrong OTP to the delivery person or refuses to share the OTP for the secured Delivery etc. 
   

Shipping Costs

• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product shipped, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
• For any other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  
  Note*- Exchange or Return is not applicable for any free product.

Cancelation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted if the order is already shipped.
