Return Policy

 

No Returns, Only Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
     

Exchange Process

To process an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Unboxing Video: Record a clear unboxing video of the product as soon as you receive it.
  • Highlight the Issue: Take clear images or videos highlighting the defect or incorrect product.
  • Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Email us at info@hyttle.com with the unboxing video and images/videos of the defect or wrong product within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
     

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging along with all its contents.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
     

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be provided if exchange is not possible or feasible for "Hyttle" or the product ordered is now out of stock.
  • No Refunds will be provided for any prepaid Order, If at the time of Delivery the Customer refuses to accept the parcel, Is not available to receive the order or Someone on it's behalf, Share's the wrong OTP to the delivery person or refuses to share the OTP for the secured Delivery etc. 
     

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product shipped, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
  • For any other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

    Note*- Exchange or Return is not applicable for any free product.

Cancelation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted if the order is already shipped.
